Job Description:

·         Identifying and sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements

·         Sourcing candidates using all recruiting tools for given requirements Posting Job Ads

·         Screening & Short listing resumes/ candidates and submit the same

·         Proficiency in using professional and social networking tools to source.

·         Conducting interviews with the consultants and short listing consultants

·         Negotiating rates with consultants / vendors

·         Following the Process & SOP

·         Resume formatting & submission.

·         Co-ordination for interview set up & follow up with candidates
