· Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
· Experience : ~ 25 Years
· Should have worked in product development of mass produced Electrical / Electronics products – Generators, Motors, Embedded Elctronics, Regulators, Control Systems
· Fundamental idea on various failure modes & counter measures in establishing product reliability
· Good problem solving skills
· Grasp of manufacturing processess & controls especially related to Electrical / Electronics industry
· Appreciation for mechanical drawings & requirements
· Proven track record of design capability – Patents, Awards etc
· Experience in Ignition system products would be an added advantage
· Should be conversant with TS 16949 requirements related to design
· Good leadership & communication skills
· Knowledge on various standards applicable to related Automotive field
· Function
o to provide leadership to Engg. team
o interact with Customers to know needs & translate the same to product requirements
o Guidance to Electronics Hardware & Software development teams
o Identify & guide a team of Engineers on continuous improvement projects
